Road crash victim gets £4million payout

A young moped driver struck from behind by a Jaguar XJ6 aged only 16 has been awarded a compensation package that could total £4million.  Carl Hannay was left with horrific injuries and permanent brain damage after being knocked off his moped near Basingstoke in 2003.  The force of the impact was so strong that Mr Hannay’s crash helmet actually flew off before his head hit the road, leaving him unprotected.Mr… read more

Courts rule in favour of asbestos victims
