We are after applicants with the ability to communicate effectively in a busy office environment. As much of our workflow is handled by our bespoke case management software, basic IT skills are desirable. Camps support staff work both on their own initiative and as part of a team. Excellent telephone manner is required as you will be dealing with members of public on a day to day basis.
