Camps claim compensation for A27 road accident victim
Birkenhead based accident and injury compensation specialists Camps Solicitors have successfully claimed compensation for a man injured in a car accident on the A27 trunk road outside the city of Chichester in West Sussex. Mr Harrison was injured as a result of an accident that was not his fault, and Camps' solicitor Marie Donnelly handled his claim for compensation.
Mr Harrison's accident took place in July last year, on the busy A27 road. He was waiting to join a roundabout when another motorist drove into the rear of his vehicle, shunting it forward and injuring him. In the accident Mr Harrison suffered whiplash type injuries to his neck and back.
When Camps Solicitors took on Mr Harrison's case, a home visit from one of our client liaison officers was arranged at a time and place that was convenient to him. After this initial meeting, at which Mr Harrison received help filling in the forms necessary to make his claim, a private medical examination was arranged. The medical evidence was used to form the basis of the claim for neck back injury compensation, with Marie Donnelly and her team assembling Mr Harrison's claim whilst he recovered from his injuries.
Thanks to the work put in by Camps Solicitors on behalf of Mr. Harrison, his claim was a success and he received compensation of just over £2,600. After he had received his cheque for accident compensation, Mr Harrison made some comments on the service he had received from Camps:
