A5 Crash Victim Recieves Accident Compensation For Injuries
After being involved in a crash which was not her fault, motorist Mrs. Cockram contacted the Camps team to help her pursue an accident compensation claim against the driver responsible for the accident. Specialist road traffic accident solicitor Ged Jones and his team were able to handle Mrs. Cockram's case.
One afternoon in March this year Mrs Cockram was driving along the A5 road in North Wales when another motorist carelessly pulled out of a side road with no warning and collided with Mrs. Cockram's own vehicle. Fortunately a police car was in the vicinity and the officer was able to record the circumstances of the accident, which helped Mrs. Cockram's case.
In the accident Mrs Cockram suffered injuries to the soft tissue in her neck which aggravated a previous injury, causing her prolonged discomfort, and also meant she felt a tingling sensation in her arms. An expert medical assessment was organised by Camps solicitors to evaluate Mrs. Cockram's injuries and advise her of any further treatment she may have needed.
The case was settled out of court and Mrs. Cockram received £2,500 car accident compensation for the injuries she suffered. Speaking after receiving her compensation, Mrs Cockram said:
"As I have never claimed compensation before, it was all new to me. I had been in the accident dept in hospital and I picked up a leaflet for Camps I rang them next day, they sent out a member of the team to my home to take care of the claim details straight away. From then on I was able to track my case on the web site, so I always knew where I was up to and when a letter was on its way to me. I was really surprised how fast my claim progressed; from injury to settlement was less than 6 months. I would recommend Camps to any one involved in an accident, they secured an excellent compensation claim for me."
