A540 Car Accident Neck Injury Woman Gets Compensation
After being involved in a car accident near the Gordale garden centre on the A540 in Wirral, Cheshire, Mrs Elphick sought advice and assistance from Camps Solicitors to help her to make a claim for compensation for her injuries. The case was brought to a successful conclusion by Camps Solicitors litigation executive, Sandra Sauvage.
The accident took place near the entrance to the large Gordale garden centre on the A540 Chester High Road. Mrs Elphick was in slow moving traffic when another motorist drove into the rear of her vehicle, shunting it forwards and into the rear of a third car. In the accident, Mrs Elphick suffered injuries to her neck, back, knees, chest and shoulders, some of these injuries were caused when the airbag of her car deployed.
After contacting Camps Solicitors, Mrs Elphick's case was put into the capable hands of Sandra Sauvage and her team of support staff, who worked to ensure Mrs Elphick received the maximum possible compensation for her particular injuries. A private medical appointment was arranged so that a doctor could examine Mrs Elphick's injuries and prepare a report that would be used as evidence in the case.
Whilst Mrs Elphick was recovering from her injuries, Sandra Sauvage had begun negotiations with the insurance company of the driver that had been responsible for the accident. Thanks to Camps' efforts, Mrs Elphick's claim was a success and in just over 12 months from the accident she received £4,000 injuries compensation. After her case had finished, Mrs Elphick was able to make some comments on the service she had received from Camps Solicitors throughout her claim:
"Having been so shocked and distressed following my car accident it was comforting and reassuring to have the support of Camps Solicitors. Throughout I was kept informed of the processes involved, treated kindly and efficiently and every phonecall was answered instantly. I have already thanked Sandra Sauvage and her team, but I would like to do so again, I am so appreciative of their work."
