A554 Road Accident Victim Receives Compensation
After being involved in a road traffic accident that wasn't his fault, motorist Mr. Ball sought professional legal help from Camps to help him to pursue a claim for compensation for the injuries he had suffered. Camps staff member Sandra Sauvage handled his compensation claim.
Mr Ball's accident took place at a busy roundabout on the A554 main road in Birkenhead, Merseyside. As he slowed down to approach the roundabout, his car was hit in the rear by another vehicle. The impact of this vehicle caused him to sustain injuries to his neck and left arm which left him with numbness for several months following the accident. Mr Ball had also been suffering from a pre-existing neck complaint at the time of the accident and this was aggravated in the crash.

A medical examination was arranged to determine the extent of Mr. Ball's neck and arm injuries so that he would be fully compensated for all injuries caused by his accident. The case was settled out of court and the other party involved admitted responsibility for causing the accident. Mr. Ball was therefore awarded £3,250 in car accident compensation for his injuries.
