Birkenhead Car Accident Victim Compensated
When motorist Mrs Meyes was involved in a car accident on the Wirral, specialist car accident and personal injury solicitors Camps Solicitors were able to help her pursue a claim for the compensation she deserved. In June of last year, Mrs. Meyes was in her Renault Clio waiting at traffic lights in Cole Street, Birkenhead, when another motorist colllided with the rear of her vehicle.
In the accident Mrs. Meyes suffered soft tissue injuries to her neck and back as well as the pyschological trauma from being involved in the accident. Mrs Meyes' car was damaged in the accident and as a result was taken off the road pending repairs.
Acting for Mrs. Meyes, Camps Solicitors were able to provide Mrs Meyes with a replacement like for like hire vehicle, whilst her own vehicle was being repaired. We also pursued a claim for personal injuries compensation for Mrs Meyes, and the loss of value of her vehicle. With the benefit of our legal advice, the claim was successful and Mrs Meyes was awarded £5,300 in compensation.
