Compensation claim success for Birkenhead road accident
When motorist Mrs O was involved in an accident that was not her fault on a road in Birkenhead, she chose to use the expert legal advice and accident management services provided by Camps Solicitors to make a compensation claim against the driver responsible for her accident. Accident occured at a road junction
Mrs O's accident occurred when she was waiting at a road junction in Birkenhead. The oncoming traffic was partially obscured due to the layout of the roads so Mrs O edged out very slightly and stopped again, as she stopped another vehicle collided with the rear of her car. The force of the impact caused Mrs O to suffer a whiplash type injury to her neck, which troubled her for several months after the accident.
As she had not been at fault in the accident, Mrs O decided to contact Camps Solicitors to see if she could make a compensation claim.
