Bromborough accident victim successfully claims compensation
Birkenhead solicitors Camps have successfully helped a man injured in a road traffic accident in Bromborough on the Wirral to claim car accident compensation. Mr Pulford's claim was assembled with the help of Diane Davies, one of the firm's legal executives, and her support staff.
Mr Pulford's accident took place on Mill Road in Bromborough in March of last year. As he was driving along Mill Road, another motorist pulled out from a side street without warning, colliding with his vehicle. In the accident Mr Pulford suffered a soft tissue injury to his neck, and his car was also damaged.
When he contacted Camps Solicitors, we arranged a face to face meeting for Mr Pulford with one of our client liaison officers. At this meeting Mr Pulford was helped to fill in the forms necessary to complete his case. The client liaison officer was also able answer Mr Pulford's questions relating to the claims process.
Whilst Mr Pulford was recovering from his neck injury, Diane Davies, together with her team of support staff at Camps Birkenhead offices, was assembling a strong case to ensure that he received the maximum possible neck injury compensation for his particular circumstances.
Thanks to the work put in by Diane and the other staff at Camps Solicitors, Mr Pulford's claim for compensation following a non-fault road traffic accident was successful and he received total compensation of £1,620.
