Cannock roundabout accident compensation claim
The victim of an car accident in the centre of the Staffordshire town of Cannock, north of Birmingham, has successfully claimed car accident compensation after Camps Solicitors helped him to make a no-win no-fee claim. Mr Davies had the benefit of solicitor Lynne Southern, one of the partners of the firm, running his claim.
Mr Davies' accident took place at a roundabout in Cannock town centre last February. As he was waiting at the entrance to the roundabout, another vehicle carelessly drove into the rear of Mr Davies' car, shunting it forwards damaging it and injuring Mr Davies. In the accident he received whiplash type injuries to his neck and back.
When Lynne Southern and her team at Camps' Merseyside offices took on Mr Davies' case they immediately started working to prepare his personal injury claim. A private medical appointment was arranged for a specialist doctor to examine and record Mr Davies' injuries, and a face-to-face meeting was arranged between Mr Davies and one of our client liaison officers to help him to fill in the paperwork for his claim.
Thanks to the strong case assembled for him by Camps Solicitors, Mr Davies personal injuries compensation claim was a success and he received just under £1,700 compensation for his injuries. After he had received his cheque, Mr Davies commented on the service he had received from Camps Solicitors:
"I was pleased with the service I received from Camps Solicitors and I would not hesitate in using them again."
