Ellesmere Port Accident Victim uses Camps Solicitors
After an accident in the car park of the Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet, motorist Mr Kirkham sought expert legal advice from Camps Solicitors to help him to bring a personal injury compensation claim against the insurance company of the other driver. Mr Kirkham's claim was handled by Senior Litigation Executive Lee Quinn, who specialises in handling road traffic accident claims.
In August last year Mr Kirkham was in the car park of Cheshire Oaks. He was about to park his car in a space when another motorist carelessly reversed into the front of his vehicle, damaging the vehicle and injuring him. In the accident Mr Kirkham suffered neck injuries to a lower back injury.

The evidence from the medical examination was used by Lee Quinn and the staff back at Camps' offices to assemble a strong case to ensure that Mr Kirkham received 100% of the compensation to which he was entitled.
Mr Kirkham's claim was successful and the insurance company of the other driver paid out compensation totalling £1,700. Speaking after he received his compensation cheque, Mr Kirkham commented on the service he had received from Camps Solicitors:
