Hull car accident victim uses Camps Solicitors to make a claim

Camps Solicitors, the Merseyside based personal injury compensation specialists have successfully secured compensation for a man who was involved in a car accident outside Hull Infirmary in May last year. Mr McLean's claim was handled by solicitor Marie Donnelly, who specialises in road traffic accident litigation.

The accident took place when Mr McLean was stationery at traffic lights outside the infirmary. Another motorist had pulled out to overtake Mr McLean's vehicle, however the road was too narrow, and by taking action to avoid the oncoming traffic in the opposite lane, this motorist crashed into the side of Mr McLean's car. In the crash Mr McLean suffered whiplash injuries in his neck, back and arms.

When Camps Solicitors took on Mr McLean's case, we immediately set to work building a strong case to ensure he would receive maximum whiplash compensation. Marie and the staff at Camps Solicitors' offices on Merseyside took care of the negotiations with the other motorist's insurance company and their solicitors, leaving Mr McLean to get on with recovering from the accident.

Mr McLean's claim was successful and he received £2,000 compensation for the whiplash injuries he had suffered in the crash. After his case had finished, Mr McLean was able to comment on the service that he had received from Camps Solicitors:

"I was kept well informed and was given good advice by Camps Solicitors throughout my claim; they helped me to get the best possible result. I would recommend Camps Solicitors without hesitation."
