Kent Car Accident Victim Makes Successful Compensation Claim
After being involved in a car accident in the town of Rainham, Kent, motorist Mrs Cadman needed the help of a firm of solicitors who had over 20 years experience representing the victims of road traffic accidents. Camps Solicitors were just such a firm and successfully recovered car accident compensation for Mrs Cadman at no cost to her. Mrs Cadman's claim was handled by Andrew Smith, who specialises in cases involving clients who had suffered accidents on the road.
Mrs Cadman's accident took place in September 2006 on Hempstead road in Rainham. She slowed down approaching a junction, in order to check that it was safe to move out, when another motorist drove into the rear of her vehicle, injuring her. In the accident Mrs Cadman received injuries to her shoulder, lower back, left wrist, right leg as well as suffering from headaches for some time afterwards.
When Camps Solicitors took on Mrs Cadman's claim, we immediately set to work building a strong case for personal injuries compensation. Using medical evidence, expert analysis of the crash and Mrs Cadman's own testimony, we negotiated with the other driver's solicitors and insurance companies on Mrs Cadman's behalf, which left her with time to recover from her injuries without having to do the work herself.
Thanks to the work put in by Andrew Smith and the staff at Camps offices, Mrs Cadman's claim was a success and she received just over £3,600 in car accident compensation. Afterwards, Mrs Cadman made some comments on the Camps Solicitors service:
"Many thanks for all your help, thank you for your patience. I will pass your name on, however I hope not to need a solicitor again but if I do I will call you first."
