Successful Liverpool personal injury claim with Camps Solicitors
When Mr Robinson was involved in an accident in Liverpool last year, he used the services of Camps Solicitors, the accident and injury specialists, to help him to make a successful claim for personal injuries compensation. Mr Robinson's case was handled by Legal Executive Lynne Macintosh Jones.
Mr Robinson's accident took place at the junction of County Road and Ismay Road in North Liverpool in March last year. Mr Robinson was the passenger in a car being driven along County Road when another motorist pulled out suddenly from Ismay Road and collided with his vehicle. In the accident Mr Robinson received injuries to his neck, shoulders and back, which caused him significant discomfort and had an impact on his work and his social life.
When he contacted Camps Solicitors, a home visit from one of our client liaison officers was arranged to allow Mr Robinson to receive help filling in the forms necessary to make a personal injury claim. A private medical examination with a specialist doctor was also arranged to gather evidence on the duration and severity of Mr Robinson's injuries; this evidence was used to form the basis of Mr Robinsons claim for personal injuries compensation.
Thanks to the work put in on his behalf by Lynne Macintosh Jones and her team at Camps Solicitors, Mr Robinsons claim was successful and he received just under £2,300 in compensation.
