Cheshire M56 motorway car accident victim makes successful claim with Camps
After a car accident on the M56 motorway in Cheshire, motorist Mrs Kirby sought legal advice to help her to pursue a compensation claim against the driver of the vehicle responsible for injuring her. The case was taken on by Camps Solicitors, the Merseyside-based road accident and personal injury specialists; Mrs Kirby's case was handled by Diane Davies, one of the senior staff at Camps Birkenhead offices.
The accident took place in 2006 at junction 5 of the M56; Mrs Kirby was driving along when another motorist drove into the rear of her vehicle, damaging it and injuring her. In the accident Mrs Kirby received a soft tissue injury to her neck, which caused her discomfort after the crash.
After Camps Solicitors took on Mrs Kirby's case, Diane Davies and her team of staff made the arrangements for home visits and private medical appointments for Mrs Kirby, and took care of nearly all the paperwork as well as the negotiations with the insurance company of the other driver.
Mrs Kirby's personal injuries compensation claim was a success, and she received just over £3000 in settlement of her claim. After she had received her compensation cheque, Mrs Kirby made some comments on the service she had received from Camps Solicitors:
"Dealing with Camps was a breeze. From start to finish I was treated with excellent customer care and professionalism. I would certainly recommend getting compensation from the best."
