Manchester City Centre Car Accident Compensation
When Mrs Kwong was involved in a car accident in Manchester city centre earlier this year, Camps Solicitors were able to handle her case and bring a claim for car accident compensation for personal injuries against the at fault driver responsible for causing the accident. Mrs Kwong's case was handled by Camps Solicitor Arpana Kapoor, who has many years experience acting successfully for the non fault victims of road traffic accidents.
The accident happened on Shudehill, a road in Manchester city centre, in February this year. Mrs Kwong's car was stationary at traffic lights when the rear of her car was hit by another vehicle. The driver of the second vehicle later admitted that she had been distracted and had not seen Mrs Kwong's car.
In the accident Mrs Kwong suffered personal injuries including whiplash type injuries to her neck and back as well as the exacerbation of a previous injury. To ensure that a strong case for compensation could be prepared for Mrs Kwong a medical examination with an expert at a local hospital was arranged for Mrs Kwong to assess all her injuries and advise if any further treatment was necessary.
Speaking shortly after she received her compensation cheque, Mrs Kwong had this to say about her experience of using Camps Solicitors to pursue her claim:
"The staff at Camps handled my claim professionally and sympathetically. I would not hesitate in using them again, although hopefully I won't have to!"
