Motorway accident victim uses Merseyside Solicitors to claim compensation
After being involved in a serious motorway accident on the M56 in Cheshire, motorist Mr Shaw sought legal advice to help him to pursue a claim for personal injury compensation. Merseyside solicitors and road accident specialists Camps Solicitors were able to help him to successfully pursue a no-win no-fee compensation claim against the other driver. The accident took place when Mr Shaw was driving along the outside lane of M56. The vehicles in front of his car came to a stop and Mr Shaw also stopped and put his handbrake on. At this point he noticed another vehicle approaching which moved over to the central reservation, colliding with the rear of his own car. Mr Shaw's car was then pushed towards the barrier on the central reservation.
The impact was so severe that Mr Shaw had to be cut out from his vehicle by the emergency services and taken to hospital on a spinal board. In the accident he suffered a serious back injury and serious injuries to his neck, as well as being understandably shaken after being involved in such a serious car accident.
