Nottingham Car Accident Victim Gets Compensated for Injuries

The accident took place on Wilkinson Street in Nottingham earlier this year. Mr. Foster's Rover 25 was stationary in traffic when he was hit from behind by a Ford Transit van. In the accident Mr. Foster received whiplash injuries to his neck, shoulders and back. His vehicle was damaged and he had to take time off work following the accident.
The Camps team arranged for Mr. Foster to have an expert medical examination to determine his injuries, as he was still suffering from discomfort for some time after the accident. Following the examination Lynne Southern's team put together a case for compensation for Mr. Foster's personal injuries.
The driver of the Transit Van admitted liability for the accident and the case was settled out of court and Mr. Foster received £2,666 in compensation for his injuries. Speaking after he received his compensation cheque, Mr. Foster said:
