Nottingham Car Accident claims with Camps Solicitors
Camps Solicitors have helped a man involved in a car accident in Nottingham to claim personal injuries compensation. Mr Marshall's claim was handled by a team of staff at Camps Birkenhead offices, overseen by Associate Solicitor Jodie Hudson.
The accident took place on Queens Drive in Nottingham, in March last year. Mr Marshall was driving along the road when another vehicle pulled in front of him, causing him to slow down. As he was slowing down another motorist drove into the rear of his vehicle, shunting it forwards and injuring Mr Marshall. In the accident Mr Marshall suffered whiplash type injuries and underwent a course of physiotherapy to relieve his symptoms.
When his case was taken on by Camps Solicitors we arranged for a Mr Marshall to receive a home visit from one of our trained client liaison officers. At this meeting our representative explained the process of making a claim and helped Mr Marshall to complete the forms necessary to make a claim for personal injuries compensation. A private medical examination with a specialist doctor was arranged and the evidence from this exam formed part of Mr Marshall's claim.
Whilst Mr Marshall was recovering from his injuries, Jodie Hudson and the team back at Camps Birkenhead offices assembled his claim and took care of all the negotiations with the other driver's insurance company and solicitors. Mr Marshall's claim was a success, and within 9 months of his accident he received a cheque for £,2620 in whiplash compensation. Speaking after he received his cheque, Mr Marshall commented on the service Camps Solicitors had provided to him throughout his claim:
"Throughout the whole process, from start to finish, Camps Solicitors were exceptionally professionally and thorough. I felt completely at ease and all the stress of the accident was understood by the team. I would have no hesitation in recommending or using Camps again in the future. A very positive outcome to a very unpleasant experience, thank you team Camps."
