Compensation for Man Injured in Roundabout Accident
When Driving Instructor Mr Dillon was involved in an accident on a roundabout near the M53 motorway in Birkenhead, he used Camps Solicitors to help him to pursue a claim for personal injuries compensation. Solicitor Gareth Kinvig and his team handled Mr Dillon's compensation claim.
The accident happened near the B & Q hardware store on the outskirts of Birkenhead in February last year. Mr Dillon was supervising a driving lesson at the time of the accident when another motorist drove into the back of the vehicle being driven by Mr Dillon's pupil. In the accident Mr Dillon received soft tissue injuries to his neck and lower back.
When he contacted Camps Solicitors, an appointment was arranged with one of our client liaison officers to help Mr Dillon to fill out the forms he needed to proceed with his compensation claim as well as to explain the claims process. Mr Dillon had a private medical examination arranged for him at a local hospital where a specialist examined his injuries. The evidence from this examination was used to form the basis of Mr Dillon's claim for personal injuries compensation.
Gareth Kinvig and his team assembled a strong case for compensation and the case went to a final hearing where Mr Dillon was awarded £2,400 in compensation for his injuries. After receiving his compensation, Mr Dillon commented on the service he had received from Camps Solicitors:
"I was very happy with the excellent service I received from Camps Solicitors and will recommend them to everyone."
