When he was knocked off his bike by a car whilst out cycling, Mr M sought out expert legal advice from personal injury specialists Camps Solicitors. Mr M’s accident took place as he was cycling to work along Ashville road in Birkenhead. As he approached a roundabout the driver of a vehicle approaching from the opposite direction lost control, colliding head on with Mr M and his bicycle. The other driver drove off after the accident, but was apprehended by the police the next day, and was prosecuted for dangerous driving.
In the accident Mr M’s right hip was dislocated and fractured, a serious injury that required surgery to correct, and left Mr M unable to undertake any heavy lifting or similar tasks.
